Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. Returns are only eligible for store credit and exchanges.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "Brand New" condition, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase upon request.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shortstacksapparel.com. Returns need to be sent to the shipped-from address on the original shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Returns/Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit.
